Ok, I am assuming you mean your axle bearings.
First, buy a manual for your bike. This will have all the specifics on getting the axle out.
Take the seals and o-rings out of your carrier and put it in the oven to get it warm. After it gets warm take it out, and use a punch or drift(you want a fairly good sized flat end, not pointed) and knock the bearings out from the inside(if that makes sense) Clean the carrier up real nice and put it back in the oven to get it warm. Grease helps with installing the bearings. Install one bearing by using the punch and only hitting the outer race. Do not hit the seal or inner race. Coat the spacer in grease and slid it in. Install the second bearing. Put your seals in and then reasemble the axle parts.
Tips:
Don't forget the spacer when reasembling, it sucks to have to take a bearing out.
I have heard about putting the bearing in the freezer to make it shrink a little. I have never done it though.
Buy the manual! It will have more info then you will ever need.
