Need Help with Honda Foreman 400, won't start.

O.k. here's the deal. My foreman was leaking gas out of the bottom float overflow tube so I took the carb off found a tear in the tube befroe the valve that's in it. Fixed that. Now I sold it today and the guy I sold it to said it leaked gas all over the place and then quit. I checked and there was another tear in the tube so I fixed it and the leak is solved. Now I tried to start it and it won't start. It has spark, fuel, compression, and it doesn't leak any air anywhere. The plug was wet when I took it out and I blew it off with air and I have plenty of spark but it won't start up. What's the deal? I've gotta make it run because it's no good to either one of us if it doesn't run. Thanks a lot!

possible flooding with evaporation of all the lighter fuel components. Fix: remove spark plug crank the engine for a while to get fresh air in the cylynder. Replace plug ( they fire differently under compression than in open air and may in fact be misfiring. ) Try starting zero choke, if that's a no go try a touch of ether.
