Nope!!!, I let it dry, then I rode all day long with a friend, never melted, all it did was stink a little.

JB Weld is meant for high temperatures, even on the package it comes in, it tells a little story about some excavators fixing a cracked engine block on a bulldozer. But then again that isnt an exhaust, but like I said it never melted off!!

One other trick my neighbor showed me on how to get broken bolts out of things like motors, etc: Use a punch and a small hammer, and tap the threads sticking out with the punch so that it turns the broken screw in the direction it needs to turn to back out. I had a camshaft cover bolt that broke off with less than two rounds of thread sticking out, and the tap turned it enough to both loosen it up, and get enough of it out to grip with the vise grip and remove. Just remember to tap it, not slug the crap out of it.
