OK, i'm gonna put the kit on my 250X so i can run 400Ex/250r a-arms and shocks. But i have a question about the plastic. will the fenders and all still fit without any mods after i weld the new shock tower in?

ok, here's the real twist...i'm having all 400Ex plastic put on my 250X, so i shouldn't have any problems with the clearence of the shock tower??? right??? What do you guys think???

Those of you who have this kit...does it fit fine under the plastic? is it a worth while mod?

Thanks!!!

I have this conversion on my 300EX. Yes the plastic will fit perfectly. You will have no problems whatsoever. You will be very happy you did it. Have at it man. It makes a night and day difference in handling.
