Does anyone own (have owned) a enclosed trailer that holds both ATVs and has some living space (weekend warriors, Pace Explorers, etc). Can these be towed with the Toyota V6 Tacoma (5000lbs tow rated small truck) easily. Most are too large (7000 lbs and up). Does anyone know of some smaller ones and some idea of prices. How much room is there to deal on theses? ANy info would be a great help!!
Thanks

Don't underestimate the amount of truck you need to haul one of these! As I recall, even the smallest Weekend Warrior is at least 5,000 lbs. empty. Add 2 bikes, gear, and water, and you are pushing it for a half-ton truck. I live in the desert, so we have to fill the water tank at home. That can be an additional 1,000 lbs of water for a weekend!

If you go to Glamis or Dumont on a weekend, you'll see thousands of these. Then look around at the trucks, and you'll see that a lot of the trailers are way over the limit for the trucks pulling them.
