My boy has a atc 110 and we have found it impossible to remove the rear brake drum to replace the brakes is there a specialist tool needed or some sort of special tecnique. Getting prity desperate and frustrated please advise.

If it's that hard to get off I'd just run it to the local machine shop. They should be able to pop it off no problem and it shouldn't cost much at all. A puller should work with the drum, just make sure you get the right size. If you go with the puller make sure you don't hit the drum too hard with the hammer.
