Should there be toe-in or toe out??

I just got new tie-rod ends and I screwed up the toe adjustment...please help

toed in

the distance between the centres infront of the wheels should be 0-20mm (0-0.79in) less than the distance between wheel centres on the backside of the wheels

the TRX200 was toe-out for some reason.........200sx is definitly toe-in as above
