My 416 kit also is about a month old now. Besides break in i have about 5 rides on it a few at a dirt track and a couple at ST. Joe Park here in Mo. I have the 10-8-1 piston with the HRC cam with WB slip on pipe and it runs very well. I also have raced other 400ex with the pipes and jets kits and i have to say i beat them more than a couple quad links. It's more like 4-6 links. It's about even on the start till i hit 3rd then i pull away pretty fast. I haven't raced a Raptor or a other 400ex with engine work done yet. I can't wait to see what my quad does. The HRC cam did take away from the bottom but it makes up for it in the mid range and top it just seems like it keeps pulling.

 

Well the Banshee had 18 inch tires.I know that slowed it top end down some. the raptor was stock. My razr's are a little taller than the stockers. I know if i geared it up i would have more topend but i really dont need any more.

 

ccole99...A few of my friends and myself all ride EX's and will be at St. Joe this Saturday and Sunday. One buddy has a 440 race cam & ported, his dad has a stock bore high compression piston mild cam & ported. Another buddy has a stock 400 with NOS. I have a 440 mild cam and port. Come on down to St. Joe and ride with us this weekend.

I've had my 440 since last Nov. with absolutely no problems what so ever.
