changing sealed bearings....can anyone help?

I don't know how to do it and the bearings on my recon are going out...i need help..

Buy a genuine Honda service manual... It'll pay for itself if it saves you taking your quad to the dealer just once!

yeah i have been planning to get one of those....last time i tried they were out of stock so i gotta re-order.....
