I took the racks off my recon and i need somthing to hold on to when i have to tie down or pull it out. I was thinking of mounting a grab bar. Whick quads do you think is closest to the recons frame? Id just bend it to make it fit and drill some holes.

 

250 ex's are pretty close.

 

a 250ex's will bolt right up. Same with the g-bar in the rear.

 

I have allready done this sweet idea, last year when I had my Recon I took of the racks and I had my dads friend make me a heavy duty wide grab bar, perfect for wheelies if it went too far back. It also made it easier to wheelie. Looked sweet too.
