trail breaker tires
#2
A buddy of mine has the Trailbreaker ATV tires on his Yamaha and they work GREAT. I would think that the Trailbreaker AWD would be just as good. The only real difference between the Trailbreaker ATV, and the Trailbreaker AWD tire is that the ATV tire has the vertical tread that runs down the center, and the AWD does not.

I had great luck with the McCreary tires on a Bayou 300 4x4. They have been on the machine better than 6 years with no flats and plenty of tread left. The difference between the ATV and AWD is their intended application. The ATV is designed for use on the rear of two- or four-wheel drive quads. The center tread is there to smooth out the ride on hardpack and lend increased sideways traction for sliding or off-cambers. The AWD is solely intended for use as a front tire for 4X4's. It's design boasts increased cleaning and traction. There is little weight difference, but they will measure a bit bigger than stock. Make sure your quad has enough power to pull the larger circumference.
