Is there any sort of device like an alarm you can put on your quad to let you know someone is messin around with it? Any ideas aer appreciated thanks.

if your quad has a battery, you could put a car alarm or motorcycle alarm on it. otherwise, you could use one of those personal alarms maybe?

I lost a cherry '85 350X to some low life crooks.
Now I use a logging chain and some hefty locks to
keep my ATV in the garage where it belongs. I also use a little motion detecting alarm in my garage. I posted electronic alarm signs outside too. I have motion lights all around the outside of my house and garage. My X was custom painted with a wide rear axle and new tires. You can see

I don't think an alarm alone would stop the jerks.
