CR250 Cylinder on TRX?

So does that sound like a good idea? LA Sleeve makes an aluminum sleeve, don't they? Then send it to US Chrome like he said, and have it nicasil'd? It seems to me that would eliminate boring over, and replacing pistons every year. All your engine would need... new piston! Sounds like a good idea to ME.

the ignition that ESR uses is not the current 2002 ignition that runs the powervalve. It is the older style ignition that the powervalve worked off of gears in the bottom end.

Just get yourself a CT cylinder kit and they are nikasil coated, you have to have the cases machined slightly for it to work, but regular cylinders will still worked after the case machining process, I belive its the same machining it would be to fit on a big bore cylinder. It would be way easier, and you can even get a powervalved one if you please.
