Story Telling Time : "riding injuries"
#12
About 10 months ago I climbed over a 15 foot hill, it was more like a pile of sand. Little did I know on the other side was another pile right up against it, like an upside down "W". When I flew over the first sandpile only to find myself falling nosefirst from 15 feet up into the valley with the tires dirfting about a foot off the ground. When I hit the base of the second pile my left wrist went all the way back, I mean alll the way back. Instantly my hand swole up like a bowling ball with fingers. I went to the doctor thinking it was broken but instead all the ligaments in my hand had ripped. Well that was 10 months ago and I am still hurting. My hand was totally wrecked and unusable for 4 months.
The worst part of it all was having to learn to wipe my butt with my right hand (I'm left handed)

Haha rob, an upside down "W?" You mean an M? Haha, sorry about all your injurys fellas, i suffered alot worse from furniture though than any wreck i have been in.
Broken shoulder-dirtbike wreck-sling for about 6 weeks
Broken back-moving furniture for my parents-full body brace from the nipples to my knees-14months
Broken foot-running and went in a hole-ankle boot-6 weeks
Sprained shin (or something like it)-wasnt wearing shinguards one soccer practice-same boot-4 weeks.
That back thing sucked so bad 14 monthes of nothing, i did get real good at nintendo though.

I have had 18 stiches in my head across the forehead. A broken left arm, swollen left leg for 2 weeks. And just some other scratches and stuff from ATV's
My dad has 1 broken leg crushed 4 inches up, and a broken shoulder. Already had screws in his leg. On a dirtbike.

LOL, I know what thats like. I broke my collar bone in a race and had to learn how to brush my teeth, put on cloths, and yes, wipe my bum with my left hand (I'm right handed).

At my friends house there is a pile of dirt 6" high and it was right next to his barn. It was very wide, like 20 feet long. I wanted to go up to pile, do a 180 and come back down(on my ktm sx125). I ended up doing a 180 and landing(its a new barn, the short ones)on the top of the roof, the roof caved in, the tin and metal cutting me everywhere. i lost some blood, but i was all bandadged up. i had to pay for all the repais of his barn. If his dad saw me do it, my injuries would have been far worse.
On my warrior, i was standing up in the forest in 3rd gear, i looked back to see my friend, then i looked ahead of me, there was a tree brand, very thick, whammed me in the face, broke the visor of my helmet.
Broken collar bone from an endo on my 125, hit my chest real hard (fact: it takes 7 pounds of pressure to break your leg and 2 for your collarbone)
rolling my quad, and my pant leg got caught to the peg, and i rolled with it.
hitting covered ditches in the snow 3rd gear(your *** is the most senseative part )
broken ankle: went off a jump with a friends atc250R and the foot catchers came off when i landed, my left ankle was hanging out under the L-rear tire.
tip:in forest areas, ride low or get a chain saw and cut all incoming branches that can wham your head off(baseball on a quad?)
tip:in snow, be sure you know where your going, ditches covered in snow can throw you off your quad or even worse your *** getting hit with a hard seat at 30mph.
(non-related) is there some kind of sport quad with these things?
-no racks
-POWERFUL engine
-12+suspention front and rear
-better handling than a 400ex
-hitch
-wide stance
-great in every situation and condition
-goes 100mph
-can beat a ferrari
hahahahahhaha, -affordable
