Best check with the dealer in Canada to see of warranty work can be done in U.S. but I think it has to be done in Canada. Am almost positive that the dealer told me warranty work would have to done in Canada. I have never had any warranty work done on any of the 5 ATV's I have owned but it is a question that should be asked if one is very far from Canada.
