Weedy, shure have been to the trails with sum riding buds. they are sweet! they have very many and very good places to ride. .. went riding in it on the Polaris and got stuck a few times..
so what do yall think of 26x11x12 BI-CLAWS all the way around on the rubi? u think there would be any power loss? they rnt to heavy. .. as soon as i get sum good tires ill take the Rubi for a ride in the trails by lake livingston. or should i go 26x9x12 on front and 26x11x12 on rear??? are the tires demensions ACTUALLY 26 in tall and 9 in wide?? cuase like vamps, they say 9 in wide but they are like 8 1/4?

If you're wanting to maintain "true" width, consider the 589's. I have 26" ITP 589's on my Rubicon and they measure as advertised. Mine are 26x9x12 front and 26x12x12 rear. I like the 589's for snow and mud, but they seem to be too much tire for trailriding. I had Mudrunner's on my Rancher and if I had it all over to do again, that's what I'd have on my Rubicon. They rode tons better in rocks etc.. the difference could be the 589's are 6ply, where the Mudrunner's are 4 ply. I've actually considered trying to sell my 589's to someone who is more into muddin and less into trailriding, just not sure I'd make enough to justify it.
Don't get me wrong, the 589's are a top-notch tire, just too much tire for my particular needs.
