I don't know if you've read this on the gncc web page (www.gnccracing.com) but Bill's trailer was stolen with his quads in it. If you see some low life running around on one of his quads, please call the number. What a bunch of low-lifes!

BILL BALLANCE'S TRAILER STOLEN

Defending GNCC ATV Champion Bill Ballance woke this morning to discover that his trailer - along with most of his race equipment - had been stolen from his hotel parking lot.

"We got up this morning, and everything was just gone," said Ballance. " Somebody hooked up to the trailer and just took off."

The 18x7 Storm brand trailer is black with chrome on the front end and an exposed generator near the hitch. It also has sponsor logos, including Klotz, Maxxis, Outerwears and IMS. Items inside the trailer include: two #1 quads with yellow Maier plastic, a wine-red Roll Designs chassis and an LRD motor, a Klotz EZ-Up tent, and a variety of Moose racewear.

Ballance was staying at the Holiday Inn Express in Ft. Pierce, Florida, after competing in the GNCC opener at Okeechobee.

Anyone with information regarding the trailer or any of its contents is urged to call Racer Productions at 304-284-0084.

That is one of the worst things that I can think of happening to the defending champ. He may be able to have some new machines built in time for the next round, but, can he afford it? Will his sponsors stand by him and help him out?

Now is the time for Suzuki to step up to the plate and help Ballance out!!! If Suzuki is serious about supporting a rider, here is their chance to help the reigning champ. Since they've already talked about fielding a GNCC race team, I'm sure that Suzuki has some tricked out Z400 machines at their R&D headquarters in the states.

Either way, I hope that Ballance doesn't get screwed out of his chances to three-peat because of some theives... that just pisses me off...

 

I put a Kryptonite (New York) U-lock through the openings in my trailer wheels, then I connect them with a Kryptonite (New York) chain and run it through the frame. I do this no matter where I am or how secure it may seem to be. Getting your trailer stolen is a hard way to learn a lesson!!

 

Hey I just came across the trailer with a couple of awesome quads in it. I'm sellin it all for cheap! anyone interested???

 

JUST KIDDING!!! That is too bad for Bill. He is awesome. I'm sure it will work out for him. Can't say this surprises me though. Ya know, no matter what I hear anymore, doesn't surprise me. What has this country gone to?

 

well im sure he will race because if he cant get a quad from sponsers spectators would let him have a bike just to watch him ride it. and if theres no one like that then barry hawk will give ballance his old 330. he did it for chad duvall. either way ballance will be ok.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]
