They are all close enough to call a tie. The Banshee, C-dale, Raptor and DS50 are all very fast out of the box. Luckily they are all quite a bit different so we have 4 good choices.

 

Who cares about top speed? Nobody rides around WFO all the time anyways. The track is where it counts. I would like to get all of those quads together though, put the same tires on all of them, and then do a top speed test.

The latest shootout I seen, had the BANSHEE in first, that is what WIscrambler is talking about.

 

briansgi, if you didn't already know, Dirtwheels contradicts themselves all the time. One day the Raptor is the best trail quad, then the 400EX. The Banshee goes 87 MPH in the eighties, now it goes less than 71 MPH. In the July shoot-out, notice how they didn't give a top speed for the Banshee? Because they know people wouldn't believe it would be under 71 MPH. Anyway, YoDaddy I agree with you, unless all you do is ride up a hill all day, you don't need a fast top speed(although it's nice to smoke some cocky lil pr1ck on modded Raptors and Banshee's). Take all the quads to a MX, XC, and TT track, see which one is the favorite and fastest then!

Just because someone says it's true doesn't make it a fact, I can tell you riding quads causes you to go blind, but it's not a fact. A fact has to be proved.
