50:1 with Amsoil 2000 fully synthetic. And no, this is not too lean with this oil. This is what the bottle recommends, and there was plenty oil dripping off of the crank when I tore down the 86 motor this winter. Proper jetting will eliminate the engine running too hot.
I also used to run Golden Spectro @ 42:1 on my 330R. It also had oil dripping off the crank, and still had 75% of the cross-hatch pattern on the cylinder even after 2 seasons of duning.
