iv heard em all how people somehow get ahold of these super quad's. lol why did i waste money on my 250r when i could have just picked up a 250ex SS lol and iv heard a sale's person tell some middle aged hick that the new banshee he was lookin at does 100, i clocked my banshee "bone stock" other than a uni filter once with a car my buddy said 65 and once with another frined's street bike he said it did beteewn 75 - 80 mph and wb says they do 72, iv heard all kind's of stuff about 80 mph 300ex's and 250x's too etc etc i can't even remember them all hell i got put to sleep by a piped raptor ill aimt it but honestly i did have really well fried rear bearing's and a bent front disc but it wouldn't have helpped the outcome alot as soon as i shifted to 5th it was all over i got passed like i was in the way lol and i don't disagree with the tall tale's club because people atlest around here have a short fuse about there ride's...well on here too lol and im not going to start a fight with someone because i know 250x's don't do 90 banshee's don't do 100 and there is no factory tiwn turbo system for a 400ex that give's it a 40hp boost lol

 

I think I figured out why our parents tell us to stay off drugs! My neighbor's mom bought a 92 LT250R. The crank bent 5 hours after riding and they left it like that for awhile(these people are kinda strange, the dad is an alcoholic and they all smoke weed, alot) well after they fixed it, my friend bought a 2000 Banshee. They let me race him and he beat me every time we dragged. I got my ATC250R a few months later and smoked my friends Banshee many times. So anyway the dad, whos in his 40's I think, says that the LT250R will beat my ATC. His son(19) and I argued over it and finally his son and I raced. I even started behind him and I still beat him, even through a few corners on the road(cinder). A couple days later I couldn't find anyone to ride with so I went down there and his dad still doesn't beleive that the LT250 is slower than the ATC and Banshee. The moral of this story is, DON'T DO DRUGS!!!!!!!!!

On a side note, I did get beat by a little DS80, kinda like a mini RM80. I would have killed the kid if I didn't slow down though, so it doesn't really count.
