Kill Switch, need help soon??

I am wiring a kill switch up on my 250EX, well i was going to get ready to splice the wire, and the two that runs in the back of the coil, neither one of them are hot, which one do i splice, i checked them with a test light and the 4wheeler still runs, i dont kno which one is hot, so i really need your help on whichj one to splice, thanx.

It is much easier if you just tie into the wires that went to your igniton switch. On models equipped with an electric starter, it isn't as simple as just grounding the ignition coil.
I haven't done one with the 250EX yet, so I don't know which wire is what. Tell me how many wires you had going to the ignition switch and what colors they are.
I also need to know if you are planning to continue using the ignition switch with the tether switch in conjunction.
If the 250EX has the two wire ignition switch, it's only going to run when the circuit is open. Exactly the opposite of what you might think would be open.

I will be riding at a local track where i need one. I have a 4 wire ignition switch, one is black with a white stripe, one is red, one is green and one is solid black, does anyone think they can help me. Knowsalot?? do u think you can tell me how to wire it to my ignition switch..........thanks alot for any help.
