Now I have had my Rancher for a couple of months, I still don't see any postings for any upgrades or modifications.

Has anyone tried any? Carb jetting? or Tire upgrades.

I'm assuming that the camera is not a very good quality or very expensive model? That does however sound really cool.

Can you turn it to either record your reactions to the ride, or is it focused on the ride ahead alone?

 

It is a good quality but cheap camera. It can be rotated 360 degrees. I am in the process of installing 2 more to cover some cool angles. If you go to my website, click on the picture of my ATV, it will show you pictures of the camera.

 

Very nice Rancher Phalynx!! After your time and experiences with the new ATV, would you do anything different? On a 1-10 scale, how do you like it? (PS-what does Phaalynx stand for?-just had to ask).

 

Thanks TxDoc2, I would probably change one thing, I would get the orange instead of red. So far, I would have to rate it about an 8.75. There are a few small things I would change, but not a lot. The quality is great. The ES portion, I wouldn't trade that for the world, maybe the Rubicon tranny. I will probably trade out tires sometime. Everyone thinks the Blackwaters are junk. I was surprised with them so far. I will figure out the best tires over time I guess.

Phalynx,,,, I haven't got a clue why I use that name. It is a part of the body, I think in the throat. I dunno, I it just sounds cool to me.
