I would not change your oil/fuel mixture, 32:1 is fine as long as you are running a good quality oil. I personally run AMSOIL which calls for a mixture of 50:1. The pilot jet should be stamped on it but you have to remove the carb to get to it. I would definitely for now just go down one jet size on the main and see how it runs. To change the clip position on the jet needle, you have to unscrew the top of the carb, disconnect the throttle cable and spring. It's good to have a clymers manual if you want to tear any further into your carb.
