Hey there are 2 of those old 4x4s down here in my area of S.C. One of them is a very regular customer of mine we have nearly rebuilt this quad over the last several years. The other belongs to his father and has not given him very much trouble. The ride is pretty rough compared to any of todays Quads, I,m not sure how they aquired them but you have aroused my curiosity and I am going to ask now. That gas tank under the seat blew my mind the first time I saw it I will never forget it, We drove out to our local country store to get gas before a ride one day and the owner asked me to fill his up while I was gasing mine and I thought I'd NEVER find the gas tank. Later on the tank got a hole in it and rather than try to repair or order a new one I had a friend of mine fabricate one out of Stainless steel!!! The Quad really pulled well seemed to have alot of bottom end, It should be back pretty solid now as I have replaced about everything on it that can break including rebuilding the engine. I consider it a sort of classic thats why I told the guy if they ever gets ready to sell it I wanted it, I guess you could compare it to Hondas famous "Trunkmobile" that you rarely see anymore.

Those 350 4x4 were available from '86 to '93 in Canada,in'88 when the 300 4x4 was introduced sales of the 350 dropped off by quite a bit.The 300 was almost $1500 less expensive then the 350 gave a way better ride and was alot lighter. Most of the 350's sold were '86 and '87,but you don't see very many around anymore most have traded for the Foreman 400 introduced in '95 or the Foreman 450's introduced in '98.I can tell you that the 350 was a very durable 4 wheeler I never had one myself I opted for the 300 in '90 myself but I have trailed with a few of them,I can tell you it is stroger and faster then the Foreman 400.

MY DAD BOUGHT ONE OF THESE IN '93 IN LAFAYETE, LA AND THE 400'S CAN'T TOUCH IT IN BAD MUD. I WILL SEE THIS YEAR HOW MY 450 FOREMAN STACKS UP AGAINST IT. THERE ARE SEVERAL PEOPLE WHO HAVE ASKED HIM TO SELL IT TO THEM. THE TIRES WERE THE SAME SIZE ALL AROUND. HE PUT 26X12X12 TIRES ON IT(NOT SURE WHAT TYPE, BUT A CHEVRON GRIP) AND IT'S B-A-D. I WISH I KNEW IF THEY STILL SELL THESE IN CANADA AND HOW TO GET ONE.
