Anyone know if the 2003 Rubicon will have Traxlock. Also, will a Rubicon go 60 MPH? Thanks for your responses.

Honda's not going to let the aftermarket folks have all the fun.... Frankly I'm not even sure how dirty howies arranged for an apparently large number of diffs to be refitted for ranchers/rubis. Maybe he hijacked a truck load of diffs, have to get that name 'dirty howies' somehow.
edit added: It's not likely honda will ramp up the rubis gearing, after all they are intending to sell a load of rincons real soon, they are supposed to have more ohmph, a fairly easy way to make the [current] rubi go 60 is taller tires and better engine breathing.

Farmking,
Any experience on how the Rubicon power delivery compares to the Rancher 4x4. I sold my 2000 Rancher 4x4 a few weeks ago to get one of the Honda's with Traxlock. Right now, I am hoping the Rubicon will have it on the 2003 model due out in a few months. I am also hoping for a little more pep. The 650 would be the ultimate in hellraising but I like the rack sizes/front bumper on the Rubicon better.

Cant compare it to a rancher, but I can compare it to my 450es.The Ruby has quite a bit more acceleration and top speed,48mph vs 55mph.Problably the only area the 450 compares to the Ruby is down low, gotta love that super low 1st gear the 450 has.If I was buying a new ATV today it would still be a Rubicon. The Rincon looks to be a great quad also, the only thing that concerns me is there being no low range on the tranny, the way I use mine for utility work that could be a problem, but time will tell on that.Im sure going from a Rancher to a Rubicon you will be quite happy, you will love the hondamatic tranny.I wish honda would put that tranny in a rancher,I would buy one in a heartbeat.Hope this helps you out.
