When I said over 2' of water I meant well over 2'. The creeks we ride in range from 3" to 5' deep, you just have to choose the proper path. My 12 year old son was usually letting off the throttle and it would die, or it would start floating and roll him off.

When I was piloting the Recon I could take it just about anywhere without any problems.

 

It's not going to go where a 4WD will go...some of you are making it sound like the Recon will do whatever a 4WD will do....of course it will keep up with the 4WD's if you're going where you don't need 4WD....if it could go where a 4WD will go why are we all spending the extra money for 4WD..(or even 3WD if you want to call it that).
