How much air pressure for ITP Holeshots????

I adjust them so the tread profile is FLAT, which will give you the most tire tread surface on the ground. To much air, and the tread will be convex (the middle of the tire will bulge). To little, and it will be concave (sunken in the middle). Rim size will effect the tire profile too. I run 4.5 lbs. in mine, on 9X9 ITP rims.

I always ran 3 in my holeshots on the Recon. But not my 250R I run about 2.5.
Also what yz was talking about (convex and concave) does indeed have something to do with PSI BUT on holeshots sometimes you will get one that is flat and one that is always concave. One of mine is like that on my 250R and i think Rico form the EX site has the same problem.
