how much you think i can sell my bike for

its a 87 trx250r. the motor just rebuilt top and bottom end. new 38mm carb with intake spacer,new wheels and tires,new plastic, i got the bike for my wife and built it but she thinks it to fast for her . so we are going to sell it. let me know what you think it worth. here are a few pics of it.Text

If nothing is wrong with it, I think $3,500 would be a fair price.

I bought my 88 for $3,000 and my 86 for $2,700
Both needed a little work, but not too much.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]

yea, i figure about 3,500 if it doesnt have any problems, maybe even more if you find the right buyer.

BTW, why dont you just keep it for yourself if it's too fast for her?? looks like it could be a sweet quad.

it dont have anything wrong with it. she says i have to many toys so got to sell it.

Well i think i would price it at about $3700 and make the lowest you would go be $3500 because theres is always gonna be someone try to jew you down on the price.

If it's in truly excellent condition and no knowledgeable test rider could find fault or would come away disappointed or worried about potential glitches or breakdowns you could get over $4000 for it. Just be patient. People want'em and they will pay what you want when the see they can't negotiate. Stick to your guns.
