New Dirtwheels ...Z400 Test
#2
I read that article the other day and saw where they mentioned that this quad "should" give the Cannibals' fits.
I race a Cannibal and took the Z400 out for a good ride last week, and can say that DirtWheels were definatly 'On something" when they wrote that article. How do they know how one compares to the other, when they flew out to Japan and tested it........and didn't have any other machines to compareit against??
I agree that the Z will eat a 400EX, and runs only a little slower on topend than a Raptor or Cannibal, but I don't feel it as being a threat on the racetrack.......only time will tell.
I'll get back to ya when someone enters one in my class. Only then will I be impressed.
Doesn't DirtWheels supposed to have a shootout with the Z and the other sport quads next month???
Better skim through and count all the OEM ads in that issue..LOL

My shop is a revolving door for quads....they go in and they go out.LOL
Right now, my personal owned machines consist of a TRX200, TRX250X, Blaster, Warrior, and a few projects that have no official name nor are they of any particular brand.
I race a Cannondale Cannibal in a hare scramble series. The quad is not mine, but a ride provided by the owner of the dealership that I work at. It was arranged through him, and Cannondale that I ride the Cannondale for the entire season.
Ask me again next week what I own, because as I said, it's a revolving door. I don't know if I could ever sit down and count all that I've had. It would be well over 200 machines dating back to the three wheeler days.
