Ive never had any problems with my 2002. The first or second day I had mine i hit a culvert in a ditch going about 25 or 30 and it sling shoted me up in the air and I got thrown off and landed on the drive way part on top of the culvert. My quad jumped the whole thing and kept on rolling in the next ditch. I hit the culvert so hard I broke my wrist and bent the handle bars down on the left side. The left front tire went directly into it. And all it did was bend the tierod. my a arms were fine. and ive hit so many things with the left side of my quad pretty hard to where I almost get thrown off. And I weigh about 175lbs so its pretty hard to throw me off of this little thing. Ive even ran over fence posts on accident before. And all it did was put a small dent in the a arm. The fence posts snapped like a twig. I always thought it was pretty durable. Its fipped flopped down a steep hill a couple times and took out a tree at the bottom and didnt hurt a thing. I just hopped back on and went back up the hill. Maybe I just have good luck!

I THINK that the reason the a-arms are so thin,is to shave weight. As we all know, the 250 isn't the fastest thing on 4 wheels. I also think it might be like that to make it easier to wheelie. Maybe thats why its so close to the 300EX.

A friend of mine has a 250,I've wrecked it,he has and a few others, and alot of them frontal collisions. Only thing that has gotten messed up on it,is the plastic.

I still think it's made quite strong. Well it is a honda.

EXER, you crack me up when you write that, after bunches of crashes, your luck is good. It is like the the ad in the paper: Lost dog. One eye, 3 legs, ear bit off, tail crushed. Needs medicince daily for seizures. Bald with lots of scabs and ticks. Mostly deaf, may answer when called Lucky.

lol. I havent wrecked it that much. I did the 2nd day I had it becuase I was inexperienced and stupid. And twice I didnt make it up a very steap hill. I guess thats what happens when I try to follow my buddie on his quadzilla. I havent wrecked it in about 4 months now tho. I think im lucky for the dang thing not break yet. I beat the tar out of this machine. (its too small for me too) Or i guess it could be just because its a honda!!
