Why the 450s is the best ATV today!

Good power, suspension, looks, reliability, comfort, selectable 2 or 4 wheel drive, bullet proof transmission, and finally an affordable price tag!!!
I think that the 450s is the best all around atv on the market today.

Improve the suspention to 6 or 7 like the rubicon, take out the dual-shox (or are they a good thing to have?? i wouldnt know), and make a 6-speed for a road gear thats really wide and top speed is 60mph. 5th is like 50mph, make a 6th road gear that gives u 10mph gain to get 60mph. those utilitys go slow, but could go fast. and make it 500cc, like the rubi. but the 450S seriously needs 6 or 7 inches of travel front and back, it suffers from something around 5.1, or 5.9. thats not enough, and its pretty heavey. Id take the bigbear over it, it looks great, reliable, 2wd/4wd, powerful, good price.. but i still like the look of the 450s.

Well the Honda 450s is the best Honda, no doubt about that. But its not the best all around machine in the industry.
The Arctic Cat 500i, has more power, I think it looks better, good reliability, wicked comfort, selectable 2 and 4 wheel drive, also a bullet proof tranny and its cheaper than the 450s. So it looks like the 500i has the Honda beat everywhere or tied it. Plus the 500i has way more ground clearance and 10" of suspension travel at all four corners. Up here in Canada Honda's cost way more, I could of bought a 350ES for the same price of my 500i. Oh and those drum brakes are wicked cool on the Honda, hehe.

OH YEAH. Once you drive a p-650 you will think every thing is underpowerd. THat thing will spin for ever. BUt i love hondas so the 450 isan awsome bike. My brother had one and i loved it it looks nice(especailly with some good tires), good power but just slow. Those have got to one of hondas most relable bikes around.

It is NOT for sure. Hell, I've had three problems with mine & only have 72 miles on it, but as far as utility bikes go, it is the most fun to ride, and let's face it, that is why we ride. The engine seems to be bullet proof, can't say that for YAMAHA. At least none I've ever owned. When an engine fails before it should, I am done with that engine company. Honda is the best in this catagory, but the fun factor is not there in the 450. It is a better bike, just not FUN.

You must be joking! I had one for 3 months and got rid of it. It is purely a utility quad, I bought the 450 based on what I read about it and was disappointed with it soon after I bought it.
