i KNOW my quad is not the best one out there... i would much rather have a dale or a ds, but that was to far out of reach ...

and another thing...i have no problem losing in a race to a better quad, but when people start popping up w/ z450's you will see more and more 465ex's...this just goes to show you, no matter what...there is ALWAYS something faster.

 

Springboy, your gonna have to do more than that to keep up with my bike. We just had it put on alcohol, so now it's a 465! Plus it's not just the bike your gonna need to know how to race your bike to beat me!

 

O.M.G CAN YOU SAY CONCEDED. Well okay then if your 440ex and your a PRO rider then let me go get Tim Farr and put him on a 465 z400

piranha, I'd be more than happy to show anyone who wants to see my time sheets. Believe me no one will be seeing my pic.......my dad is AZSAND. That is of course unless it's of me racing or jumping.

BadBama-I wonder if your friends engine improved after break-in, or HE JUST GOT USE TO IT??? The Z can certainly be trail riden, you just have to run it reved out. I was even tempted to slip the clutch now and then. I have trouble imagining that the Z (stock!!) is going to beat a Raptor or Shee in a drag race. But, it will certainly OUTHANDLE anything (stock) on the planet!!!

Did you check your plug gap yet? I was just curious if that has anything to do with the lack of low end you mention.

 

ok, number 1 for hoda bing the momst "reliable", thats bs, yamaha has been makin a warior for 16 years and it still runs awsome, the 400ex has been out for 4 years and it is the most reliable? , i like honda a lot but face the facts die hard honda fanss that honda is not first in anything no offense to arctic cat but even arcitc cat is beating them in sport rght now. they better come out w/ something fast unless they like being in last.
