i own a 02 blaster with toomey exhaust and want a bigger quad if any one could help me decide which one there help would be appricieated

Get the z cause its better than a 400ex in almost everything

 

Suzuki has been one upping Honda in everything they have made lately, the Vinson is better than the Rubicon, the Eiger is better than the Rancher, the Ozark is better than the Recon, and the Z400 is better than the 400EX.

 

thanx for your help looks like im gettin a z400 anyone know what i could probley get if i sell my blaster with the toomey kit and what the OTD price is on the z400 in fLorida

How do you know that? Do you have a Z400? Do you have a 400ex? Have you ever even RODE a 400ex or Z400? Ok then if you haven't you need to shut your hole cuz you cant judge a quad if you never even rode one!! Errr...that just irrates me!!!

I have never rode a Z400, but I know I can tell you this, NOTHING beats HONDA reliability!!!

Same for you! You can not judge a quad if you have never rode one!! I dont know about some Ozark but I know my 00' Recon is holding up great! No problems yet! Hadn't heard a tick of noise. I have had my Recon through most of the stuff the 4x4's go through with no problem!

(sigh) KIDS!!! You cant get nothing through their thick heads!!

 

You 400ex guys are hilarious! When the 400ex was compared to the Raptor, all you could say is it handles so much better. Now that the z400 handles better, you have to fall back on the ole' Honda reliability! Honda is REALLY falling behind in the ATV market. Not just in the sport market, but all kinds of quads just as 01TRX300EX stated earlier. Reliability is good, but people want performance also!

 

for one no new quad handles better than a 400ex well...maybe a c dale iv never touched one so i don't know but i took 2 demo rides on the 400z in a feild behinde the dealer it has a great fit and feel and handleing maybe AS good as the 400ex it don't have weak front shocks so much as the 400ex..plus!..but it's still a suzuki which makes it the biggest pille of junk in the world till it proves it's self over time u can't better than a honda other companies may make faster quads with more travel but have you guys ever noticed how dead the honda posts are as far as &quot;HELP!&quot; post's? compaired to the other's......nuff said

 

after looking at everyone saying to get a z400 instead of the honda i started thinking about the reverse and speed ive only rode 1 400ex and it was modded up to beat raptors and 250r's so i couldnt tell about speed but the handling is awesome im not even sure if i need the reverse if i get a honda due to the handling i could just whip it around in a second the main thing now is speed anyone able to help me with that
