aluminum fly wheel for a 250-R

No, he's not talking about the clutch basket.
On Rs, when refering to "flywheel", there is one. Under left side cover of the engine. First thing you see when you remove the cover. Needs special tool to remove.
An aluminum one? No, sorry. I have heard of them being "lightened" but don't know how it was done.

sorry for calling it a fly wheel, it is actually called a roter. I have herd of some people running them on some bikes a long time ago. The only thing is that they could not have any lights. But i would rather have speed than light any day. I could have it lightened i guess. But it would have to be a lot of metal cut off to get it as light as aluminim.

i don't realy know. The carb i bought used and the guy told me it was a 38mm pj and then i told the guy at the machine shop measured it and told me it was a 40mm. When i got the carb on it was on my stock unported motor and it didn't help it just hurt it but after i got it ported it help on the top end alot but put it this way my R has no bottom end what so ever i had it on my ported motor for 2 months then i thought my bike blew up again but it was my clutch basket so when the machine shop pulled it apart they told me that i needed new reeds at the time i had boysen pro series reeds in a stock cage when i got the new motor in i added the v-force and a answer roost boost they help my power all over the place but i would haft to say the reeds helped better for the bottom end and the carb helped for the top end
