Need some info on some ESR reeds........

I have got a ESR magazine and it has some reeds in it that has Eight carbon fiber petals and a built in reed spacer, and it cost about $259.00. Are they worth the money. I do more 100 yard drag racing. So I need more bottom to mid range than top in. Or is there some better kind of reeds for my kind of racing?
