Question for TRX300 owners

I've noticed a slight vibration in what I believe is the rear drive train on my '92 model. I have checked the rear hubs, swing arm and axles and everything appears tight. It also seems to fade in and out while the engine is under load.
Is this common for a TRX 300 that has seen some hours?
