Ok, book says 1 3/8 turn from lightly seated position. I started from a 12 and 6 o-clock position. I did a 1.5 turn (easier) and ended up on a 12 and 6 o-clock position, but to be correct, it should be at a 2 and 8 o-clock position, RIGHT??
PS. The atc is running a little rich.

Update:
Since it was running rich, I open the (turned it left) 1/4 of a turn more (past the 1 3/8 turn), which should let more air into the mixture correct? It now sits at a 5 and 11 o'clock position.
What does the idle screw do? fuel?
