Does anyone know what the best quad magazines are and where you can get them. I've been to 5 grocery stores, and Barnes and Noble and only found Dirt Wheels. Are there any more?

I agree that Dirt Wheels is the BIGGEST, but they also have lots of advertisements.

ATV Sport is a great mag. It's all about racing and hiproformance quads.Dirt Wheels is another great one.

ATV Sport is the most "honest".

I didn't want anyone to misunderstand my statement. I subscribe to Dirt Wheels, 4 Wheel ATV Action, and ATV Sport and enjoy them all. Just because Dirt Wheels has more ads than the other two doesn't mean it's a bad mag.

Greetings,

I really like DirtWheels and generally read it cover to cover. But what would a forum be without a complaint.

First, all those "first test" articles. To me a first test is something you do on a new model -- these are most always on a custom machine that we are simply not going to find at our neighborhood dealer. Its fine to test these machines and they offer a lot of technical insight, but just stop calling them out as a first test when they are most likely the only test.

Second, some of the cover headlines are a bit misleading, e.g. "McGrath switches to four wheelers." Well, technically he does, but he does so for joy riding on the weekend. I suspect most people saw that and thought there was a major story in motor sports.

I think the articles are interesting enough that they don't need the hype on the cover. And the ads are a good source of info. End of screed.
