It is my understanding that the Goodyear mud runners were originally designed for the polaris.
I hane a set of 26" tall mud runners on my honda and will never own anything else unless they make 27's. I ride with others that have titan's and vampires and I go every where they go and the mud runners ride better on hard pack and don't drag down as bad in deep sand.

I have mudbugs on my quad and really like them. They have awsome traction, do really well in the ruts because of the side lugs, and ride really well on the hard pack. Mine get alot more pavement then I care to admit, but they have held up great. I heard that the mudrunners wear fast... but I don't have any personal experience with them so I am going on hearsay. I can say that I looked at the MR's, in fact I was down to them or the "bugs". I decided to go with the bugs because of the side lugs, there 6ply and really light for being a 6 ply tire!

Hope this helps
