What is the correct procedure to adjust clutch? How do I know when it is right? Thanks

The procedure is best described in your owners manual, all you need is a flat top screw driver, and a wrench (10mm I think, not 100% sure). Follow procedure in book. A quick call to your dealer should get you that info too.
