I just bought a 87 250x from a oldtimer (81 years old) It's really nice but it seems small.
I have only owned utility quads, is this a small quad, or is it just me?
I am 5'8" tall 165#.

i have to say its not a machine to be under-etimated by be cause im 6'2" 165lbs and it pulls me fine on all the tracks,trails. you wont be disapointed by it.

I'm suprised u would get a 250x if your 5' 8" because i have a 300ex(newer more powerful version of 250x) and its about the right size for someone of my size (5" 3&quot U would be much better on a 400ex but if u got a great deal its a good buy. I was gonna get one but my dad said no because there too old.

 

I used to think mine was small at first when I bought it. I put a different set of handlebars on it to start off with and it made a whole world of difference. Once you are comfortable with the quad it wont seem so small.
