Default is this trade for a 1988 trx 250r worth it?

hey there is a guy that lives a couple miles away from me and is selling his 250r so he can buy a quad for his 12yr old son, the guy was standing out side as i rode by and his son must of liked the kolor of kawasakis but the kid wanted my mojave the guy thought fer a minute and asked if i wanted to trade my mojave for his fair conditioned 250r , the mojave is heavily modded but I could also get my 87 mojave back from my uncles and give the guy the 2001 mojave and i could have his 250r and the 87 mojave i sold to my uncle 2yrs ago, should I do the trade or sell the mojave for a other 250r ? sell the tecate?

Yes!! For God sakes man, make the trade! I have ridden every sport quad out there extensively except the Z400 and of course the new predator. I even worked for a while at a pro-level quad shop(if there is such a thing) and I can tell you that there is no comparisson to the Honda 250r. There are other great quads out there, but this is a deal that I would not pass up and I don't think you should either. I'm not sure if you distinguished if it was a honda though. If it is a suzuki, then that is a whole other story. Then I would seriously have to weigh how much stuff is on the mojave. Even the suzuki would be a very big step up though. But if it is a honda make the trade, there's really nothing to consider.

Yeah for sure. Make that trade bro! The LT's and the honda's dont look much alike...you have big ugly bright yellow and slow zuki, or sporty fast very eye appealing honda...hmm. But yea, make the trade. You can always make a honda perform better then an LT OR a kawi.

Im working on a new bike. But if i went im sure my drag honda would make quick work of your suzuki. Lets not compare bikes. Thats childish. Unless you have a 750 or 1000 gixer in that case i think my banshee would still make you put your foot in your mouth. So again. Lets not play that game. Whats your best speed up the hill on your zuki? Ive never seen an LT hit the numbers us honda guys have. Keep in mind an LT not a GSXR.

Hey... your the one who started with the childish comments to begin with.

And also, if you have a seriously built bike... cool!!! It would kill my stock Zilla!!! (save for a little port work)
BUT...... bring any bike you can think of with the same amount of money in mine, ($4000 including the purchase)
Or in other words.. stock.. and the stock Zilla wont have any trouble....

It may be bright yellow... but it aint slow!!!

ps. I dont know speed numbers, but I shift from third to fourth midway up olds hill.

I didnt start anything, you said bring my bike so you could rub it in my face how fast your slow suzuki is. Now you say since i have a nicer bike your suzuki is slow again? Just put your foot in your mouth. A stock zilla is SLOW my dads girlfriend bought one for her son. My little honda eats it up by 10 bikes on the flats. And thats not even our alky bike. BUT your bike is sooooo much bigger in displacement...and blah blah blah. Ask anybody that races the hills, a suzuki IS NOT the way to go. You either build a banshee or a honda. But yeah, ill take your race. Ill show you just how slow our honda's are.
Sorry to the original poster. I was just stating a fact that the honda you will possibly trade for does in fact HAVE MORE POTENTIAL THEN A SUZUKI! If this guy wants to give his 250r up for your kawi then it would be an awesome deal favoring yourself.
