ya ya.. mostly my reason is i think that what im doing will be the best for me 5'11 130 pounds for MX it will be pretty tight.. and also i like the blaster and i think it will be funner than anything else.. and ill haeva quad that i made good not something i bought.. not somethign everyone else has.. ill be the only one with a yz250 blaster! [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img] and it should beat everything stock including the rap [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img] [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]... all from a lil ol blaster! could you just imagine that though.. cuz its not gonna look like REALLY RWEALLY trick so ill be linin up for a drag or what not against my bud on his rap and juss got VROOOOOM and smoke him lol he will be all going What the F!#% was that S!@#!!! and then me [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img] lol
i think its gonna be alot of fun just building it though...cuz i love doing stuff like this so it should be fun. ive even considered putting a new engine in my truck [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img] like a v8 turbo charged.. well that was until i found out i was getting a shelbygt500.. but ya... its gonna be fun and original.. you can take alot more pride in somethign you built

Hey Guys,
I have a 99 Blaster for my son and I spent a lot of cash on it . It is a full blown race machine now. The Honda dealer where I live put built it for me. They say the bike has 1 or 2 less horsepower than a stock 400EX. They ran them side buy side and the Blaster in the short run was ahead of it , it had way better exceleration the the 400EX but at the end the 400EX did out run it. They are both good machines so lets just be happy with what we have. I also have a 99 300EX with a 11:1 pistion , pipe and race cam in it and there is no way, no way that the 300EX can even think of keeping up to the Blaster. Trust me I tried.

kewl what gearing did he run a higher front sproket might have helped the top speed and it should have enought power to atleast pull a 14 depending on what all you did on it
