When I replaced the stock tires on my 650, I was very disappointed in change in ride and handling, especially on rougher trails at high speeds. The factory suspension is tuned for the light stock tires and any increase is going to change it for the worse. My next tires are going to be as light as I can find while maintaining a 4 to 6 ply rating. The ITP Holeshot ATRs are starting to look really good. For muddier areas the new ITP Mud-lites may be a possibility if they are light enough.

 

I thought the Rincon already came with pretty nice radial tires?
