Read this test, almost every test will rate the White Brothers e-series best and the Sparks full system the best.

I sell alot of the Pro Circuit and the Bills. Every one I sell them to likes them. I will not sell the White Bro. any more they have the (you bought it it is yours sale program). on any pipe you have to use the whole exhaust to get any gain. A slip on gives no real gain just noise. Both pipes Bills and Pro give a nice boost over the entire rpm range.

It had the exhaust on it when I bought it and I didn't think that it would make any real difference over stock since it wasn't the whole pipe, but a friend and I traded quads one day and I then realized otherwise. His EX had a stock exhaust and It felt so much different. Mine has so much more torque down low than his does.
I don't think Peak horsepower changed much, because once you get his up in the RPM's they run pretty even, but down low a slip on adds a lot.
I have heard that a 400ex has a large enough headpipe so if you put and aftermarket one on you won't see that much of a gain. Like I said, this is what I HEARD, I have never driven an EX with a full system.
I deffinatly feel that a slip on is worth the money.
Just my opinion.

I have a white bros e series slip on and I love it. I like the fact that I can adjust it and it has saved me when the noise police come by. I was able to adjust it on the spot and they didn't issue me a ticket. I don't know enough about the other, however I have seen more 400s with the white bros.(that's what helped me make up my mind) than the other brands. Good Luck!
