Default Rincon question.

for all the rincon owners out there i have a question about the ride of the machine. since it is a "three speed auto trany" like a car does it shift like a car? can you feel it shifting like on a car? i read about this when they first reveled the machine back last year and have been wondering about this ever since i read about it.

Default Rincon question.

The Rincon I rode awhile back( my neigbors) did shift like a car but it was much more pronounced in its feeling during the shift. I don't know if its because you are more isolated in an automobile or not, but still with the Rincon you felt the crisp shift.

It shifts like a car that you are really giving the gas to. It feels good and makes you want to goose it that much harder.

Default Rincon question.

Since it does not have a low range, how does it do towing, plowing, or inching over large boulders, etc.? Does having a torque converter make up for not having a low range?

Thanks,
Lorrin

Default Rincon question.

Well, if a work horse is what you need, I would suggest a 450 Foreman or Rubicon. The Rincon was designed for Riding (trails, mud). The Rincon does GREAT at what I want it to do (pulling 27"x 12" mud tires thru mud and trails). Like I said, if you want a work quad, get something else, it will be cheaper and probably better for farm type work.
