Probably around 45-46 because it has the same engine as the 250ex that goes around 48 but is a little heavier.

 

i have a 2001 honda 250ex and it max's out at 50 so ur recon will pry do about 45 take a lil give a lil

 

My Recon did 47.4 mph the other day on hard pack. It takes a little while to get it up to that speed. It will consistently go about 44/45 mph.

 

I've had my recon top out around 85-86km/h (52mph??) on flat ground but I only weigh 115lbs. I know that seem high but it is no lie. I can constantly run in the mid 80's and the 85-86 was beside a suzuki 500. It doesn't go much faster down hill due to the rev-limiter.

 

I goy my recon es to 47 mph and I have lots of attachments and a back seat that adds quite a bit of weight. So I’d say without the attachments probably about 49-50 mph.
