Default Warn 424 Locker/Unlocker?

Has anyone installed the Warn 424 locker/unlocker? I use mine around the yard a lot and think I'll be wearing out my tires more on the front. How easy is it to install and where can one be purchased for a reasonable price. The web sites I've looked at mostly price them around $298.00.

I have one on my Forman 450. They are great!!! Very easy to install yourself, the instructions are top notch, with lots of pics. Unit is very easy to operate, makes steering lighter, even with oversized tires.

Default Warn 424 Locker/Unlocker?

I installed a Warn 424 (Model 62624) on my 1996 Honda TRX FW (300 4X4). Works Great! See my early post about this product and info by doing a SEARCH in the HONDA section of the forum....type in "WARN 424" in the seach box....which will bring up ALL the posts covering the Warn 424. See my post by me...kech22 (which includes a couple of picture links). In regards to price, I just ordered a Warn 424 for my 2001 Honda Rubicon. I purchased the unit over the internet from Clemson 4 Wheel Center (http://www.clemson4wheel.com). Price was $246.70, which includes shipping for the Warn Model #62616-424 Select Unit. They are currently out of stock but I was emailed that they will receive more in next week and ship. Another site I was told about to obtain this Warn 424 is http://www.gowarn.com. Cost on this site per today's search is $238.40. I do not know their shipping cost, which will be added to this amount (not sure if the $238.40 includes shipping...I doubt it). On the GOWARN website homepage...do a product SEARCH typing in WAR62616 in the product box, and go from there. Hope this info helps. I cannot say enough about the WARN 424 but it is a GREAT product and you will not be disappointed. Keep the faith...KECH22 P.S. Price for the Warn 424 on the Clemson 4 Wheel Center site is the same for ALL Warn 424 Select Models. Make sure you are ordering the correct Warn 424 model for your applicable ATV. This site shows all model numbers, etc. I am not promoting one retailer over another for the Warn 424, but I did my homework on price.

Default Warn 424 Locker/Unlocker?

Thanks to you all for the information. I did a search of the forum and found the spot that had a lot of information about the 424. I also looked at the web sites kech22 described. The cost ranges from $246.00 with shipping included to $251.00 shipping included. I'll be installing one soon. I think when I do I'm going to take some pictures of the steps.
Thanks to all that helped answer my question.
Dennis
