Bad Plug

My boss as a older honda 300 4 wheeler,and it is keeps fouling the plug, after a few weeks,it is a dark brown in color,,valve going ?? carb??

maybe he has a leak in one of his seals. maybe.

i agree it could be a leak in a seal , or it sounds a lot like a carburator that is running to rich or maby the choke is'nt closeing all the way.
