I became brand loyal back in '95 when I used to road race street bikes.....That summer I was lucky enough to crash a brand new ZX6R going about 30mph....The frame broke 2 welds....The motor blew up from running on it's side. I then went out and crashed my 1 year old CBR600F2. I crashed it end over end at about 90 mph.....The forks needed to be straightened, but the frame and motor were still straight. This is kind of off the subject, but it is why I now ride a 250R.

Hey letitsnow,

Looks like it was a good thing you went to off road! Seems you couldn't keep your street bikes right side up on the pavement! Maybe dirt will be kinder to you and your bikes!

Goatroper- Sorry dude, I've been riding them since 85. Unless its on a sport quad, I doubt there is anything I can learn from you unless its French. Poly vu france ****!

Specta- Didn't single you out. Check the rest of that where I clarified what I meant with the buffoon statement. Didn't particularly mean honda people in general. Meant those that live by slogans like "I'd rather push a ford than drive a chevy". Myself, I would rather be pulled by a rope on a skateboard behind a chevy rather that push whatever or walk if that was the case. I think you know what I mean. The- "Mines better cause its Honda" guys. People that will argue for hours on the advantages of a 450S over a Grizzly or Prairie. That type.

Andy, I just get a little testy once in a while. I am a brand loyalist when one earns my loyalty, but I do agree with your description;

"Meant those that live by slogans like "I'd rather push a ford than drive a chevy". Myself, I would rather be pulled by a rope on a skateboard behind a chevy rather that push whatever or walk if that was the case. I think you know what I mean. "They" anoy me also.

Its a good thing we don't get into religion and politics in hear too!

I would rather ride ANY ATV than no ATV.

I'd be left out of that one. Don't really bother much with politics and religious arguements have been know to start wars in several countries.
